Valentine’s Day can present many challenges to couples regarding gift giving. Partners often don’t know what to get for their loved ones and resort to buying cliched gifts that lack a personal touch. Pilloo’s new custom-shaped pillows allow couples to design unique, one-of-a-kind gifts to celebrate the special occasion and provide lasting huggable memories.
Pilloo’s pillow design process is simple. “The customer starts by uploading their image to our online design platform,” explains a spokesperson for the company. “Then the platform generates a mock-up that can be cropped and edited to suit the customer’s preferences. Once finished, they choose a pillow size and submit their order. It’s as easy as that.”
The pillows are handcrafted in Pilloo’s Montreal studio and typically take 7 to 15 business days to arrive to the customer. They are made using 100% high-quality, wrinkle-free polyester velvet fabric and the designs are printed using a sublimation process free of toxic inks and resins. They are also hypoallergenic, anti-microbial, and machine-washable.
In addition to Valentine’s Day, the pillows can be customized to celebrate birthdays, graduations, weddings, anniversaries, and holidays. They can also be used to promote brands and businesses. Many customers purchase pillows with photos of their pets printed on them as family keepsakes.
