Smithtown, New York – True Sport Care, a renowned sports therapy and chiropractic clinic located on Long Island, NY, will be offering a special seminar, Gym-Body IQ, which focuses on teaching practical principles in weight lifting. The seminar is to be held at Golds Gym Smithtown in Smithtown, NY, on March 22nd, 2023 and begins at 8:30 AM EST.
The seminar is free and will be presented by esteemed Olympic Strength Coach, Dr. Marc Taczanowski and members of his team. Topics covered will include:
